What this notice covers
A cookie is a small text value placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. This notice covers all of them because each can store or retrieve information in your browser.

Local and session browser storage
Brilyze may store language and interface preferences, navigation state, onboarding progress and scroll position directly in your browser. It may also keep temporary drafts and recovery copies so work is not lost, remember Creative Radar choices and locally saved Free work, maintain short-lived verification state and use limited caches to keep the interface fast and continuous.
Some account and project information is also saved securely on the server. Browser storage is device-specific and can remain until it expires, the product removes it, you clear it, or you delete the relevant account data.
Why we use this technology
- Authentication and security: to keep you signed in, enforce account permissions, prevent cross-account access and detect abuse.
- Service continuity: to recover drafts, return you to the correct workspace and preserve an in-progress workflow.
- Preferences: to remember language, interface and creator choices you have selected.
- Reliability: to avoid unnecessary reloads and support error recovery.
We do not use the current cookies to build advertising profiles or follow you across unrelated websites.
When consent is required
Strictly necessary cookies may be used without optional consent where they are essential to provide a service you requested, but we still explain them here. Preference storage is initiated by choices you make in the product.
If Brilyze later introduces optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential storage, we will identify its provider, purpose and duration, and request consent where required before setting it. Refusing optional storage will not block core account access.
How to control or delete stored data
You can sign out to clear active session cookies and use account controls to close other sessions. Browser settings allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies, local storage and site data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and protected workspaces from functioning correctly.
Deleting browser storage can remove local drafts, preferences and recovery state that have not yet been saved to your account. Consult your browser’s privacy or site-data settings before deletion if you need to preserve local work.

We review this notice when storage technology or providers change. The effective date and version identify the current notice. Material changes will be explained through the product or an updated consent control where appropriate.
