Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Brilyze, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, the Cookie Notice and, where applicable, the Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you use Brilyze for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Do not create an account using another person’s identity or allow anyone to use your credentials.
What Brilyze provides
Brilyze is a creative analysis and production-support service. Depending on your plan, it can help turn an idea into a structured direction, generate or improve scripts, analyse uploaded videos, identify timecoded evidence, propose corrections, compare versions, organise projects and export results such as PDFs.
Free
Guided idea development, scripts, creative direction and the Creative Radar, subject to the limits shown in the product.
Basic
Idea and short-video analysis, evidence-led diagnosis, “keep, fix and add” guidance, prioritised corrections, selective improvements, comparisons and exportable results. Basic accepts videos shorter than one minute.
Pro
A project workspace for strategy, scripts, director-level video analysis, shot planning, version comparison, experiments and project learning. Pro accepts scripts from one to five minutes and videos shorter than five minutes.
Exact features, supported formats and current limits are shown in the relevant workspace. A plan grants access to the service; it does not transfer ownership of Brilyze software or models.
Plans, limits and credits
Each plan has usage and technical limits that protect service reliability. The current plan page and the relevant workspace show what is included. Before an operation that uses credits is confirmed, Brilyze shows the applicable consumption or makes it available in the product.
- A rejected upload is not analysed and does not consume a credit.
- A verified Brilyze processing failure should not consume a credit; if a credit was reserved, it is restored.
- Credits are attached to the account and plan described in the product. Any reset, expiry or transfer restriction must be disclosed with that plan.
Brilyze may enforce file-size, duration, request-rate, concurrency and fair-use limits. Current commercial amounts and prices are not incorporated into these Terms; they are presented separately on the plan page and, when billing is enabled, at checkout.
Your account and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your password and verification codes confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Brilyze uses proportionate account and access safeguards without publishing operational security details.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a security failure attributable to Brilyze. You can close active sessions, change your password and request account deletion from the profile or support flow.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the ideas, scripts, audio, video, project information and other material you submit. You grant Brilyze a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and transform that material only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Notice and your choices.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you submit, including copyright, image, voice, music, privacy and publicity rights. You remain responsible for reviewing any output and for the final content you publish.
Brilyze owns its software, interface, branding, templates and service-generated system components. Subject to these Terms, you may use the output delivered for your project, but you are responsible for confirming that it is suitable and does not infringe third-party rights.
Acceptable use and content safety
You must not use Brilyze to break the law, violate rights, deceive or harm others, distribute malware, bypass safeguards, probe another account, overload the service, resell unauthorised access or attempt to obtain models, secrets or source code.
Uploads are screened before analysis. Brilyze rejects prohibited sexual content; any sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate material; trafficking or exploitation; child, domestic or animal abuse; torture; graphic real-world violence; hate, serious harassment or threats; self-harm promotion; terrorist propaganda or recruitment; violent crime; and material that promotes, depicts or exploits real harm.
Rejected files are not sent to the analysis model, are deleted, and do not consume a credit. We may retain only a minimal security event—such as account, date and blocked category—without retaining the rejected media. Repeated or severe attempts may lead to temporary upload restrictions or account suspension. Contact support if legitimate documentary, educational or prevention material is blocked by mistake.
AI output and professional judgement
Brilyze combines automated checks, measured media signals and AI-generated analysis. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They are recommendations, not facts, professional advice or a guarantee of reach, revenue, retention, virality, platform approval or legal compliance.
You must review outputs before relying on or publishing them. Do not use Brilyze as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect a person’s rights, safety, employment, credit, healthcare or legal position.
Payments, renewal and cancellation
Before a payment is taken, checkout will show the total price, taxes where applicable, billing period, included credits, renewal arrangement and how to cancel.
If you choose a recurring plan, you authorise the stated charge for each billing period until cancellation. You will be able to stop renewal through the account or the method clearly identified at purchase. Cancellation takes effect as disclosed at checkout and does not remove statutory rights. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep Brilyze reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, legal requirements or capacity limits may temporarily affect a feature. We may change beta features to improve safety or performance and will give reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects paid access.
Brilyze depends on infrastructure, email, AI and, when enabled, payment providers. Their availability may affect the service. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.
Suspension, cancellation and account closure
You may stop using Brilyze and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a route to appeal.
We may end a beta programme or discontinue a feature with reasonable notice where practicable. Account closure does not remove payment obligations already due or provisions that logically survive, including ownership, confidentiality, responsibility and dispute terms.
Responsibility when something goes wrong
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Brilyze is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost opportunity, platform decisions, audience performance or loss caused by your failure to review an output, maintain backups or secure your account. If you use Brilyze primarily for business purposes, Brilyze is not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings or goodwill.
Consumers may have mandatory rights under the law of the country where they live. These Terms do not replace those rights.
Changes, complaints and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where possible. The effective date and version at the top identify the current terms. Continuing to use the service after a notified change takes effect means the updated Terms apply; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service.
Questions, complaints and legal notices can be sent to [email protected]. We will try to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. Any dispute remains subject to mandatory consumer protections and the competent courts available under applicable law.
